From wastewater to commercial ammonium salt

World’s first Ash2Phos plant

EasyMining is building the world’s first full-scale phosphorus recovery plant using its patented Ash2Phos technology in Schkopau, Germany. The facility is planned to start operations in 2027 and will process 30,000 tonnes of incinerated sewage sludge ash per year.

Sweden’s first Ash2Phos plant

In Helsingborg, EasyMining is building Sweden’s first Ash2Phos plant, scheduled to start operations in 2029. The plant will recover high-quality phosphorus and valuable co-products from 30,000 tonnes of sewage sludge ash annually.

Recycled calcium phosphate

RevoCaP™ is a high-purity calcium phosphate produced through EasyMining’s Ash2Phos technology. It can be used in fertiliser production and as a feed phosphate.

KEY PROCESSES

Our three key processes include phosphorus recovery from ashes of incinerated sewage sludge (Ash2Phos), removal and recovery of nitrogen from wastewater (Aqua2N), and extraction of salts from fly ash from municipal waste incineration (Ash2Salt).
